Cancelling or Postponing

It’s ok. Life happens. If you need to cancel or postpone your session, please give 24-hours notice by sending an email to hello@welovecommunicating.com

Refunds

You are welcome to cancel or change your appointment with 24 hours notice, but refunds are not available. Thank you for understanding.

Confidentiality

What is discussed in our coaching sessions is kept in confidence. Your privacy is honoured and respected.

Self-Responsibility

You are buying a coaching service, which is designed to help you gain insight and make your own decisions. Your coach (Jacqueline Voci) isn’t responsible for the outcomes of the decisions you make and you agree not to hold her liable.
