AI is reshaping communication, and I help leaders let humanity be their edge. I believe human connection is more vital than ever in this topsy-turvy world.

I counsel executives on communications strategy and storytelling. I write speeches, annual reports, articles, case studies, and even books. And I run workshops to help organizations tap into human ingenuity.

My clients run the gamut, from technology and financial services companies, to not-for-profits and social ventures. They include UBC, Hollyhock, Beem Credit Union, and Genus Capital Management, to name a few.

I started out in media relations, coaching executives through high-stakes interviews. I landed coverage across North America: The Globe & Mail, CBC, The National Post, Businessweek, and many others.

Later, I co-founded one of Canada's first social media agencies, so I’ve had a front-row seat to revolution a time or two before.

I’ve been a meditation student for nearly 20 years, teaching since 2013. I apply principles of awareness and presence to everything I do. I help people notice patterns, build on their strengths, and show up as the communicators they want to be.
